My first use of dry yeast, and I have to say, US-05 is a freaking beast!
1.063 on Sunday evening.
Left town, got home late Tuesday, checked in on it Wednesday morning. Slow activity and sign there was krausen but it was almost gone.
Was slightly concerned
Pulled a sample today, 1.009! And look at this beauty.

Hi everyone. Corey has allowed me to help out with the Lufkin Homebrew club page. I would like to see if there is any interest out there in getting it up and running.

Would anyone be interested in getting together for a brew day/homebrew tasting? I am in Diboll, and have plans to keg a couple beers soon, and will be making another batch shortly after July 4th weekend.

I also have a little kegerator project I'd be glad to work on if anyone else is interested in a kegerator build.
