Build it and they will come! H.C.
(1098)

(1895 - 1918) An amazing amusement park was built in Ludlow, KY funded by the investors of the Cincinnati and South Covington Street Railway Company. They created an amusement park in the middle of nowhere and charge people to get there and back. Circus performers from around the world entertained as many as 50,000 people a day. The Ludlow Lagoon closed in 1918 because alcohol sales were banned to

support the war effort. Imagine how few wars we would wage if we couldn't drink. Circus Acts & Performers Ludlow Lagoon 1895-1918

Today we celebrate gratitude and redemption.

We can thank formerly enslaved people for this day: Decoration Day, began as a celebration of the Union victory over the confederacy. Our nation’s most costly war in human lives, Decoration Day, evolved into Memorial Day.

Congratulations to Hawaii in a victory over unlimited corporate spending/ meddling in our democracy.

SB2471: Corporate Power Reset is setting up the battle against dark money/Citizens United in elections.

Where are you spending your time and money?

Here on Times Square, we celebrate and his American Story. Ed Hennings, the official work boot of and Bircus Brewing Co.

Two white supremacists—a gay man (I deleted , Mr. Thiel) and the richest man in the world, from South Africa— have poured millions into Kentucky against Thomas Massie.

Our nearly 250-year-old experiment in democracy failed us with the 2010 Citizens United Ruling, permitting these racists to control our airwaves with their propaganda… But we have to look back to the COMPROMISE of 1787, Slaves were used to create the imbalanced Electoral College.  Back when only white male property owners could vote.

Article 1, Section 2, clause 3… “which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.”

As long as they keep poor people blaming and fighting each other, we will be operating in the illusion of democracy.

With the horrendous gerrymandering, a stacked Supreme Court, and asleep-at-the-wheel in the white house, we might as well all be 3/5ths of other persons today.

I am voting for Melissa Strange , she’s a part of Take Back Congress https://www.take-bac-congress.us/

I have always voted for Thomas Massie in the General Election. I can’t vote for him today, BUT I will be celebrating the idea of democracy tonight at his victory party.

Should it be head-to-head with Thomas V. Melissa in November, it will be a difficult choice. My litmus test will be if Massie delivers on the full release of the complete Epstei_Files.  Actions speak louder than words.  Regardless of what happens tonight, I will seek a vigorous vetting and endorsement from Massie and Strange for my run, Miller for Mayor 2026. There are many elected clowns, but few professionals .

Eleven years ago, the crooked local yokel Fire Department,
Zoning Officials and a Funeral home shut down
trying to run us out of town 11 years ago we knew we’d have to get creative.

We filed papers with the SEC (security and exchange commission) to become the first Regulation A+ crowdfunded brewery in the USA.

It would take two more years to make our beer, but nine years ago our Alta Via Latin for “the high road”,. Alt Bier was approved by the Feds and poured at Maifest in Covington.

Today, I visited the The Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Reading Room in Manhattan. One week from today faces Ed Gallrein (Trump’s anointed challenger) in the Republican Primary. Bircus is located the 4th District. Massie has been working to release the Epstein Files. Bircus was started in Ludlow Kentucky to deal with local yokel political corruption and I, Paul Hallinan Miller am running for Mayor of Ludlow in November of 2026. The time is now to hold elected and appointed leaders accountable. Best of luck Thomas, I will be seeking your endorsement.

Is there a cabal that runs our community? Does the Deep State exist? Is there a group of powerful people who can use the government to get what they want?

I don’t know. But I do know this—

11 years ago today, the Ludlow Fire Department and Planning and Development Service of Kenton County shut down Circus Mojo at the Ludlow Theatre. On the same day, as best offers were due for the Huntington Bank Parking Lot, the City of Ludlow—and Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, the Chairman of the local zoning board—were competing with us to purchase.

Eleven years ago, the first shots were fired. Most of the people responsible for this have resigned, been fired, or are no longer in office; a few might enjoy this clip.

The fight is still going. The dialogue in this clip is an actual deposition from a lawsuit that is dragging on. The The City of Ludlow is suing the KY Dept of Tourism: Kentucky Tourism the circus, and the bank. That's how badly they want to keep people out of town...

We got creative.

Bircus became the first SEC-registered, crowdfunded brewery—not just to build something fun, but to build something resilient in the face of pressure from City Hall and appointed zoning officials.

We didn’t stop. We built anyway. We deliver and believe in restorative justice. Tune in for more. I am running for the Mayor of Ludlow, Kentucky, to expose the profound corruption and to tease if we live in a democracy or an aristocracy.

One of my most patriotic moments: 11 years ago today at the US Embassy in Mexico City, hosting a Social Circus Symposium with some amazing practitioners.

Finnish artists discussing circus youth development in Jordanian Refugee Camps.

German counterparts sharing support for the Kibera Social Circus developed in the largest slum in Africa.

Mexico City’s explaining how using circus, breakdancing, web design, graffiti, etc. is a cost-effective way to keep teens engaged, focused, and out of trouble.

I presented the vocational training program for youth in detention at the Hillcrest Training Center in Hamilton Co. (costing taxpayers $60k for each teen each year)

Before her breakthrough on a young graced our stage!

Special thank you to Sharon for co-producing, Jose Rosales for translating, and artists for making it happen!

This festival was created in 2012 by Circus Mojo in Ludlow to recruit young talent to town and help connect young circus artists with training and performing opportunities.

Our first festival hosted two young men and from Indonesia, and celebrated graduation from Illinois State University .

This trip was funded in part by and the STEP Grant.
