Artifact Spotlight- Buddy and Maria Elena Holly Dinette Set
This mid-century modern dinette set was given to Buddy and Maria Elena Holly by Buddy’s parents as a wedding gift for their New York apartment. Manufactured by the Brown Saltman Furniture Company of South Gate, California, the set includes a walnut table with four chairs and a buffet/hutch. After being auctioned off in Clear Lake, Iowa, in 1993 and changing hands twice, the set was purchased by Mr. Lee Dekyser of Wisconsin in 2000, who has generously loaned it for display.
