What a night. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and helped make our b**r dinner such a memorable evening.

To our guests, thank you for choosing to spend the night with us, filling the room with great conversation, good energy, and plenty of appreciation for good b**r and good food. Your support truly means a lot.

We also want to give a special thank-you to our guest brewer, Alex Thaley of Botanical at 8th & A, Botanical at Metro District, & Botanical at City Pump, for sharing his ESB with us tonight... not to mention his awesome b**r engine! Sharing your b**r and enthusiasm with our guests made the evening feel like something truly special.

And to our team: thank you for all the work that went into making the night happen. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes, and we’re lucky to have people who care so much about what we do.

If you weren’t able to join us this time, keep an eye out for our next b**r dinner, we’d love to have you at the table.

We're closed for the day as we prepare for the Guest Brewer B**r Dinner tonight.

Tonight we'll be celebrating with guest brewer Alex Thaley of Botanical at 8th & A, Botanical at Metro District, & Botanical at City Pump, as we pair his b**r with 2 of our three courses! His b**r is poured two different ways so we hope you're excited.

We're taking Wednesday off... sort of.

The Fermentary will be closed all day Wednesday for our B**r Dinner.

We'll be busy pouring, cooking, and enjoying some very good b**r and food.
