AT THIS POINT I HATE TO ANNOUNCE THIS BUT ALL EVENTS ARE CANCELED MOVING FORWARD. LANDLORD HAS REFUSED TO ISSUE A LEASE (BESIDES ONE WITH A SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE AND AN OFFER FOR THEM TO PURCHASE ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT FROM HIM NOT US he does not own the equipment)AND THE BUYERS HAVE AND I QUOTE "LOST INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY AS THE LANDLORD SEEMS LIKE A LOT TO DEAL WITH" I don't blame them.
We never had the bar for sale we got approached with an offer and we took it. We loved this place and put our all into it. We hate to give this news but through all of this now we are just permanently closed. Our lease was up in a month and we refuse to even think about being in this location either.

In other news besides this weekends scheduled entertainment EVERY SINGLE OTHER BAND OR EVENT WE HAD BOOKED IS STILL ON! There's been alot of questions regarding that and I have confirmed all are still a go. Lots of good stuff.
