With our soft opening successfully in the books, we thought now would be a good time to introduce someone.

Say hello and welcome to our community, Rosie’s head curator: Troy Sinatra.

A product of Long Island, NY, Troy has traveled the states for the past ten years, gaining knowledge on craft beer, cocktails, and the culture that they’re derived from. He loves creating floral, effervescent, savory, sometimes classic leaning, sometimes confusing libations. He’s always up for the challenge of making something new, so do not hold back if you’re craving a flavor that’s not in the menu!

Rosie’s Cocktail Bar is officially open and operating under the following hours:
Friday - Saturday
5pm - 12am
Sunday
3pm - 8pm

We’re excited to announce we are officially Rosie’s. Rosie’s is a barbershop in the front half with skilled barbers, in the back you’ll find a fully remodeled speakeasy. Curated cocktails, experienced bar staff, lounge space and an updated patio! The bar will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 12am and Sundays 3pm-8pm. Looking forward to continuing service to this wonderful downtown community! Cheers🥂

I am super excited to announce our new full time barber Nicole! She’s been cutting hair for over 7 years, is a 3rd generation barber and is incredibly talented at her craft. Please book online or call to get in with Nicole on Tuesday, Wednesday Friday or Saturday. Cheers🍻

Update: We are going to give it a shot bringing beard trims back with the mask mandate. They are now available to book online. We ask that you please still wear your mask for your service, beer will still only be served seated at the bar, but you will be able to remove your mask for beard services.
