After an incredible 10-year run, it’s time for a heartfelt goodbye — and an exciting new chapter. Many of you know that Isaac became the proud owner of The Champagnery last year and has been spending more time there. Now, he’s made the decision to focus his energy on that venture and, most importantly, enjoy more time with his wonderful wife and eight amazing kids.
While you’ll still find him at The Champagnery, this Saturday, 7/19, will be his last shift behind the bar at La Chasse. We’d love to see all of our cherished regulars and friends for one final toast with him!
La Chasse isn’t going anywhere — we’re simply transitioning to new ownership, with fresh ideas and exciting plans for the future.
Come celebrate a decade of unforgettable memories and help us send Isaac off with all the love and gratitude he deserves.

We’re thrilled to announce our next Paint & Sip event on Monday, June 23, right here at La Chasse!

Our Galentine’s Paint & Sip was such a blast, we couldn’t wait to do it again—and this time, we’ve fine-tuned the experience to make it even more special. What better way to kick off summer than with a night of creativity, flavor, and fun?

🕕 Cocktail hour and food begin at 6 PM – enjoy mingling, sipping from our exclusive one-night-only summer cocktail list, and indulging in a tasting of Isaac’s famous afternoon tea fare, as featured at our sister restaurant, The Champagnery.

🎨 Painting starts at 7 PM, guided by our talented in-house artist (and server!) Catherine, who will lead you through creating an original solstice-inspired piece.
