NY Prime Strip with Broccolini, Enoki Mushrooms, Brown Butter Beurre Blanc & Sous vide then Grilled Bone-In Duroc Pork Chop with Barley Rissoto, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Peach-Basil Chutney.
