Such a sad day today. “I love this bar” always have. Always will. Whether i open back up or not watching neons come down, jute box removed, slot machines gone it is now like a cold shell of what once was. Stooges has raised alot of kids. Took care of alot of families including mine. My heart is definitely hurting. I never dreamed in a split second it could all be gone. I have not heard one word from the UPS people. Its going on three months and my work was ripped away
1983 me and Rodger were struggling. So we took a $500.00 credit card and took a chance. Lot of long days and hard work. But we made it. Each step we took improved the business. He dearly loved Stooges. He put so much into it. This is not goodbye but damn its not looking great for us. Retail closed for months doesn’t just open and go back to normal. I love all my customers and will keep you posted. Just feeling blue today watching things leave
