Last night was one for the books.

Fred Noe brought the stories, the laughs, and the bourbon — and the kitchen made sure the food was just as excellent. A sold-out room, a full night of K**b Creek pours, and more great storytelling than we could keep up with.

For decades, Fred has carried on the Beam family legacy while helping shape some of the most recognizable names in American whiskey. On this night, he’ll bring those stories to the table alongside a thoughtfully paired dinner and a rare 21-year K**b Creek bourbon.
