Seafood Feature this week - Blackened Halibut Cheeks (similar texture and flavor of a scallop) with buttered rice, sautéed sweet peppers & onions, tortilla strips, ranchero sauce, and cilantro aioli. We don’t get these often and they are a treat! Cheers.🍷
