Today Tracy fininished putting in the copyrights application for my first song In-between. We should hear back on its approval in 3 months or so. Then I'll find a studio to get to work on doing the finished version to put out to the world. It's super exciting finally taking the steps needed to realize my childhood dreams of becoming a recording artist/ singer. God willing, my first song will be something that people can feel and connect with.

Gonna do my last cold plunge today until next Saturday when I get my new plunge tub put together. The one I'm using now is leaking out to much water when I get in and out of it. Once Tracy Simpson wakes up, we're gonna file for legal copyrights for my debut song In-between. Then we're gonna get all the food prepped to grill out ,and enjoy a Saturday with Grayson and Skyler. I'm gonna kj for em a little later if they wanna do any singing, as for myself, the only singing I'm gonna do is practicing singing In-between. If y'all know of any good recording studios in the Kentuckiana area, hmu with info. I've got a couple I'm gonna look into already, but I've haven't chosen one yet. Looking nervously forward to the next two day's. Today I'm gonna hit the garage for some Bob Seger, Eric Clapton, AcDc, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Skidrow, Meatloaf, and more. Tomorrow I'm gonna file to get my first song In-between copyrighted legally, so I ca find me a studio and get to work on recording and releasing my debut song to the world, which will be the beginning of this old stroke surviving hillbilly from Louisville living out his dreams of becoming a recording artist/ solo singer/songwriter.. Being old school, it's taken me longer than it should have to realize that Ai is actually a very helpful tool to use , to help figure out different music versions and vocals to use on original songs. Thank you Ed for helping open up my eyes,and bring me out of the stone age. Now I've got to try and get my vocal range back to where I had it a couple of week's ago. So I can get back to work on putting the finishing touch on my original songs. Hopefully it works out, because it's already been years in the making after having a stroke, and having to relearn how to sing and trying to figure the rythym and music for songs I'd written before having the stroke. My story is a little different from most singer's, but that's who I am, I've never been normal, and never really cared about fitting in. Everyone have a safe and blessed Weekend!

Hmu if you'd like attend my 4th of July throw down. It's a two day party for the 3rd and 4th of July. I took off from work on the 1st and 2nd of July so I can smoke 5 racks of baby back ribs, 18 lbs of pulled pork, and a brisket with asu sauce. I'll also be hooking up some homemade organic baked beans, and Tracy will be hooking some homemade coleslaw and pasta salad. If you come , bring whatever you're drinking and a side dish or desert.
