I haven’t posted much lately, we have been BUSY!! We are cooking up some great releases for 2026!! If you’re in KY looking for barrel proof bourbon that drinks below its proof, hit around the state! This is our first single barrel only item from brand line, and these 78c 10r 12b Mashbill Ky bourbons are so good! They go in the barrel at 125 proof in Bardstown KY, and are aged on the 6th floor of a traditional style rickhouse between 6-7yrs, then we bring them in for a final Nulu Warehouse heat cycle. The result is a 7yr age stated bourbon boasting citrus, Twix candy bar, velvet mouthfeel, long, complex flavors with minimal heat. Cheers to good bourbon and the holiday season!

Been a while since I had time to focus and make a post 🥵 it was like happened, and it’s been a blur to mid-October, and things are still busy and going by quickly!! We are so grateful for our retail and distribution partners, and most of all, our consumers and fans!! We have a new item launching tomorrow for our brand line. Hazelbaker High Proof, 7yr Ky Bourbon, goes in the barrel at 125 proof, ages for 6yrs+ in a rickhouse on the 5th or 6th floor, then gets some heat cycling love to 7yrs old in our warehouse. The Mashbill is 78/10/12 and these are aged in char 3 barrels. These are all so good, rich and unique. They drink well below their 130+ proof. Lots of Twix, candy bar, citrus, cinnamon, red fruit, toasted oak, char and rich, thick, high malty texture - Cannot wait for everyone to taste these barrels that are so special to us that we put our last name on them ❤️ retail should be around $74.99 👌🏽 ✅ Cheers and enjoy all things Nulu 🔥

We’ve gotten a ton of inquiries about drops - Especially the Banana Brûlée 🍌 Now Available and Evergreen Nulu, we have two bangers available on the tasting bar and there are bottles for sale while they last!! Caramel Campfire is rich, smoky and sweet. Banana brûlée is just that, the label matches the pour perfectly!! Cheers to the weekend and tasty bourbon
