: Neat Bourbon Bar & Bottle Shop, Louisville

Led by Owen Powell, a pioneer in the bourbon secondary market, Neat Bourbon Bar features over 1,000 bottles, including rare finds from the Prohibition era like a 1931 Kentucky Tavern and Wild Turkey from the '70s-'90s.

"Despite our name, we craft great cocktails," Powell notes. Their cocktail bourbon, J.T.S. Brown, is double oaked in a charred oak barrel. Neat also sells vintage bottles, including late 1980s Sunnybrook and mid-90s Evan Williams 8-year-olds.

Bonus: The bar is attached to 10 Airbnb units for bourbon trail explorers!
