Well, it’s not a beach umbrella we are under this weekend but a rain one instead. Nonetheless, we are closed today to relax and refresh. We will see everyone on Wednesday and yes, Southern Q will be open that night! See you then.

We will be open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week with our normal hours. However, Tar Banks Brewing will be closed on Saturday, May 23rd. We’re taking a much-needed break for the holiday weekend and to spend time with loved ones after experiencing a loss in our family earlier this week.

We appreciate your understanding, your kindness, and your continued support. We’ll be back next week and look forward to sharing a beer and community with you all. 💛

Our little BBQ restaurant runs on wood, time, and small batches. We keep it small so we can keep it good. Hand seasoned, slow-smoked, and served fresh daily. No freezers, no shortcuts. Just BBQ for everyone.
