Hi Friends of the Los Osos Baywood Park Oktoberfest and Car show!!

We are gearing up for one of our favorite events of the year, OKTOBERFEST! 🍺🎉🥳

Each year we have the delight of the Los Osos/ Baywood Park Chamber of Commerce and the Bay Osos Kiwanis Club joining forces and creating an event to celebrate our community!! This event is the LONGEST in the community and darn we say the county. This is Oktoberfest’s 45th year!!

We are less than 2 months away from our favorite event of the year! The 45th annual Oktoberfest will be held on 10/27!!🍺🍻🎉

With that being said we are currently accepting vendor for the 2024 Oktoberfest. Last year was an amazing year for our vendors and we are hoping for the same results this year.

Please visit the Los Osos Baywood Park Chamber of Commerce website to download your very own vendor application. (the website is down in the comments)

Once you have filled out your application we kindly ask that you mail your application to our Oktoberfest P.O. Box.

Please include the following items with your application:

A copy of your resale license
A copy of your Non-Profit status (of applicable)
And please make sure you sign the application – Unsigned applications will not be accepted

If you want to pay with a Cash or Check you can. Please make the check out to LOBP Chamber of Commerce, memo: Oktoberfest.
If you want to be invoiced please write that down on your application and we will invoice you!
