The Butch Queen 2026 Contest is pretty simple – if you make a minimum $7 donation at the door, you can be in the contest.
Those making a donation will receive a contestant number sticker. Just put it somewhere on your person. Our three judges will be circulating around the bar all night taking notes on who they think looks fabulous! That’s it! You don’t need to perform or get on stage if you don’t want to. Just hang out and have a good time – the judges will be coming to you!
At 11:30pm, any contestants who want to make an appearance on the stage will be given the opportunity to strut their stuff. Just before midnight, the judges will announce our top three Butch Queens and a winner will be sashed. Yes, contestants must be present to win. So you’re gonna have to stay up late.
