Okay, the long, slow weekend is over and it's high time we put some more GoGo into our Indiegogo campaign and to that end there are some new perky perkilicious perks up, plus some still great perks that were already there, including rare show and soundtrack CDs and other coolicious stuff - something for everyone and everyone for something. In the new batch, there's a signed Sondheim first edition of Anyone Can Whistle (the rarest Sondheim first edition), there's a fun drawing of Ariel by one of the Disney artists who worked on her in The Little Mermaid, a signed card by Marlene Dietrich, and later today I'll put up the original painting for one of the Lost in Boston albums, a little chance to own a piece of recording history. Very excited to launch a new Indiegogo campaign in the morning, this one for Kritzerland - both the label and our Kritzerland shows. We try to make the Indiegogo campaigns lots of fun and boy are there some great perks - we're all about the great perks, so you'll want to check it out right away. The thing we've learned over the years is that we need the first two days of the campaign to be really strong, as it sets the tone for the entire campaign. So, come in early, grab a perk or three (there are some really one-of-a-kind amazing things) and we always add perks as things sell out.

Had a rather loverly stumble-through for tomorrow (Friday) night's Kritzerland show - our 118th show. This cast is amazing - Lottie Arnold, Daniel Bellusci, Danika Masi, Adrienne OMalley, and Robert Yacko, with the wonderful Cassie Nickols Gonzalez at the piano. It's always fun to see the show in its proper running order. You really must come - you get some Sondheim, you get some Kander and Ebb, some Jule Styne, some Jason Robert Brown, hell, you even get We Take the Town - so, make your reservations now - they changed the way they do it, so you now choose your very own table and chair, therefore you don't want to wait any longer, you who wait until the last possible second 🙂 They also tell me they've been getting a lot of people just showing up, so best to reserve now. Finished our stumble-through of tomorrow night's show - if you haven't booked you should do so now - no better way to begin the holiday season. You'll hear holiday classics and you'll hear stuff you don't know at all, which is the fun of our shows. And this cast is just sooooo stellar - Bill Hayes (this man is so wonderful), Maegan Mcconnell, Kerry O'Malley, Adrienne OMalley, Robert Yacko, and our two talented kids, Alex Margolis and Aja Purkin, and the icing on the cake, Lloyd Cooper at the piano. Second rehearsal for Sunday's annual Kritzerland holiday show - eleven years of these and show number 116 - was even more fun than the first rehearsal, but then how can it not be with such people as Bill Hayes, Maegan Mcconnell, Kerry O'Malley, Adrienne OMalley (Stiefel), Robert Yacko, our delightful two young people, the adorable and talented Alexa Margolis and Aja Purkin, and then the pleasure of having Lloyd Cooper with us at the piano. Oh, and the songs - classic holiday songs mixed with some really fun rarities in true Kritzerland style. You really must come, you really must, I think you must. There are about twenty seats left now - the club is well set up, requires proof of vaccination and all those protocols are in place. Plus the food is quite tasty.
