It’s the final day of LA Beer Week; we did it! Let’s celebrate with a rad breakfast sandwich & a special stout blend!

The last food special for LA Beer Week is the birria breakfast sando! This tasty special has slow-cooked beef, scrambled eggs, pepperjack cheese, Kewpie mayo, onion & cilantro, with a twist of lime, plus side salsa & potato bricks! What better way to end LA Beer Week 2026 than with a breakfast sando & a barrel-aged beer?

Going on tap today is a very limited & very special barrel-aged blend, Coconut Brunch Griffith. If you couldn’t tell from the name, this is a blend of Coconut Pancake, Brunch Friends, & Griffith. We’ll have this limited beer flowing when doors open today at 11 AM.

Today we're releasing our 2 collab beers with Monkish plus a bunch of limited-edition merch & a Monkish tap takeover!

Cat Friendly is our 5.8% ABV, triple-dry-hopped West Coast Pilsner brewed with our buds at Monkish. We dry-hopped this West Coast Pils with 4.5 pounds per barrel of hops, that's so dang much! The hop combo consists of Nelson Sauvin, Krush, & Comet to help create a beer with aromas of citrus zest, tropical candy, & bright mango.

An HPB x Monkish collab saison just like the early days! Our latest saison together is called Listening To Plants & it uses 100% California grains as well as foraged native California Pitcher Sage. An excellent Summer Saison to sip on throughout LA Beer Week.

Our big, double-dry-hopped hazy DIPA is back in cans & ready for some World Cup action wherever you're watching this weekend's matches.

DDH World Champ is an 8.3% ABV, double-dry-hopped, hazy DIPA that we jam-packed with a hop combo of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Vic Secret, & Simcoe Cryo. The result of that combination of hops is a wildly flavorful beer bursting with aromas of zesty orange creamsicle, lychee, & fresh pineapple.

LA Beer Week kicks off Saturday, so of course we've got something special planned with our pals .

This Monday, we'll have our annual collaboration beers with Monkish along with some limited-edition merch & a Monkish tap takeover. It's gonna be a fun night!

This year we're dropping a canned collaboration & a dang bottle collab with the Monkish pals, just like the old days! Cat Friendly is our TDH West Coast Pilsner, available in four-packs, & Listening To Plants is our Mixed Culture Saison with pitcher sage, available in bottles. Both of these special releases will drop at our taproom on Monday at noon.

At 4 PM that same day, we'll have some Monkish beers hitting the taps to celebrate our third LA Beer Week collaboration. We'll have their collaboration beers alongside some other tasty offerings from the LA legends. More details on what we'll be pouring from our friends soon! These takeovers are always very busy, so if you want to try all of our collaboration beers at once, we suggest you get on down to HPB at 4 PM this coming Monday, June 8th!
