Supreme/PiL

After fronting the S*x Pistols, John Lydon formed experimental post-punk band Public Image Ltd (PiL) in 1978. With a shifting line-up and unique sound – fusing rock, dance, folk, pop and dub – PiL is widely regarded as one of the most innovative bands of all time.

Lydon guided the band from its inception — debut album First Issue in 1978 and its successor, 1979’s bracing Metal Box – to 1992’s That What Is Not, before a 17 year hiatus.

Lydon reactivated PiL in 2009, touring extensively and releasing two critically acclaimed albums This is PiL in 2012 followed by What The World Needs Now… in 2015. Lydon, Lu Edmonds, Scott Firth and Bruce Smith — the longest lineup in the band's history — continue PiL’s legacy today.

Supreme has worked on a new collection for Fall 2022 featuring PiL album artwork. The collection consists of a Trench Coat, Shirt, Baseball Top, Sweatshort, two T-Shirts and 5-Panel Hat.

Available November 17th.

Available in Japan November 19th.
