Thank you for all the support so far! As more support come in, we're able bring in and help others in our industry who are struggling. Times may be tough but we're glad that we're still able to do what we love.
Here, we have one of the cocktails from the Quarantine Songs Themed Menu
"Shake the Disease" | Depeche Mode
El Silencio Mezcal, Banana, Campari, PX Sherry, Chai Tea.
A spirit forward cocktail that's earthy with warm spice notes, a beautiful cocktail on a cold day. Avoiding a trip to the store, any type of citrus twist you have on hand works well and of course served on the rock provided by . Do you guys enjoy all the cocktails so far? Which one is your favorite? Which one would you like drink again from the past 3 menu?

The upcoming theme menu will be base on Keanu Reeves movies. What's your favorite Keanu Reeves movie?

Cheers!

Two different whiskies on the table, Old Fitzgerald 11yr Bourbon from Kentucky and Nikka Yoichi 20yr from Hokkaido, Japan. Just a few of my favorites.

This was part two of Heaven Hill's southwest regionals.
"Chinese Cocktail Bun" named after a Dim Sum pastry that's fluffy and filled with a coconut cream and topped with toasted coconut flakes. This cocktail has Rittenhouse Rye, barley tea infused Lunazul Reposado tequila, coconut water, walnut fat washed walnut bitters, garnish with a Chinese coconut bun.

Still in shock from winning the Heaven Hill bartender of the year regional and lucky to be back in the finals. I was so focus on this year competition, I forgot to post a picture of the cocktails I made.
Here's the "Hong Kong Tea"
made with Elijah Craig, Adzuki red bean Dubonnet, Hong Kong tea, topped with red bean coconut cream and finished with some nutmeg.

Part 1 of my Heaven Hill's cocktail competition submission! Wish me luck!! 😬

"The Last Chinese New Year"
This cocktail is dedicated to my Grandpa. Every year my family would gather at my Grandpa's house to have Chinese New Year dinner. The year he passed away was 2014, the year of the horse, and that was the last time the entire family celebrated Chinese New Year together. He wasn't much of a drinker but I think he would of enjoyed this cocktail. 🙏🏻

I Love Japanese Whisky!

At the local convenience stores in Tokyo, there are crystal clear ice spheres available. It's so beautiful!!! 😍Japan's ice game is on a completely different level, it's like walking into your local 7-eleven and picking up perfectly clear ice spheres. I'm so jealous, I can't causally get ice like that again. 😥
On a side note, Japanese Gins are amazing. Here, I had a glass of on the rock from my hotel in Tokyo. There's lots of yuzu notes on the nose and the palate, simply amazing.

Incredibly beautiful! Hakushu Distillery, known as the "Forest Distillery", pictures can't capture how beautiful it was. The mountains, the dark green forest, and the bird sanctuary was so relaxing, it was the perfect setting to enjoy and all the other Hakushu expressions. Super delicious! 🥃🤤 Thanks for setting this up!

"To jump off the stage at Kiyomizu” or “taking the plunge,” refers to jumping off the temple’s stage, 43 feet(13 stories) off the ground. Many years ago, jumping off the stage was a way of determining whether you would get a wish granted, that's if you live from the fall. 😨 I think I'll enjoy some Japanese Whisky and this view instead of "taking the plunge" 😏
