Introducing Pomona. Now being served as part of the new summer menu at Apotheke LA, arriving ripe, bright, and full of orchard energy. Inspired by the Roman goddess of fruit trees, abundance, and harvest, this whiskey sour brings Rye Whiskey, Apple Jack, Amaretto, Pickled Black Plum, Lemon, Rosemary, and Aquafaba into vivid balance.

Rye Whiskey and Apple Jack build a bold fruit driven backbone, while Amaretto adds toasted almond warmth and Pickled Black Plum brings a savory, almost vinous twist that keeps every sip intriguing.
