Chef Jose Medoza’s flavorful dishes are all made from scratch - even down to the spices! Romantic ambiance and mouth-watering menu makes it a destination restaurant and worldwide Gourmet Cuisine with Latin & Intl influence. izer menu offers soups, salads, crab cakes and gourmet pizzas. The Roma tomato and fresh mozzarella Bamboo Salad is the perfect starter to the flavorful entree menu, which features meat, poultry and seafood dishes doused in-house exotic spices. The skinless, marinated Yucatan Chicken breast carries the delicious flavor-punch of native black pepper, while our also favorite Mango Chicken is topped with fresh mango, pineapple, raisins and mild curry. Caribbean garlic and tomato sauce drips over both prawns and Caribbean shrimp entree. And for the sweet tooth, you gotta try our coconut flan or our heavenly Apple Tart Tartin. The mojitos are a house specialty made from sugar cane freshly-squeezed at the bar. These make Bamboo Restaurant the local favorite in the city and from outside the region.
