Thought I would share. I have had dreams and plans to open a Brewery. Attending The Brewing and Distilling Center thru a hybrid online course. Absolutely amazing!!! Hope to open Dragonfly Brewery around the Pensacola area in 2022. 🍻

I have decided to enter recent brewed Cherry Wood Smoke Porter, the Coconut Porter and my Saddleback Barleywine into the Big Top Brew Competition. 1 May here in Pensacola, Florida. Wish me Luck.

Of note. Due to the world events, I put the Brewery on hold but, still looking to possibly open this Fall 2021 or Spring 2022.
