Thank you to everyone who came by to drink, learn, and celebrate with us. We had such a special evening pouring these vibrant Greek wines and hearing the stories behind them firsthand.

Our cheese & charcuterie selection is thoughtfully curated and always rotating—featuring domestic and international cuts, exceptional cheeses, and all the accoutrements to complement your glass. And of course, fresh-baked braided baguette, served warm.

📍Wednesday, April 15h, 2026, come join us Bar Covell from 6pm-9pm for a wine tasting event with Winemaker Ross Maloof Sauce of Maloof Wines from Northern Willamette Valley, Oregon.

We will be pouring wine flights of a select 3 of Maloof’s expressive, acid-driven, aromatic underrepresented white grape varieties within the Willamette Valley region, alongside a bonus Chilled Red BTG option!

Rosé & Blanc, and 5% of 13 other old grape varieties (Petit Béclan, Argan, Peloursin, Gueuche,Sauvignognasse, Lignan, Reze, Sacy, Pleurion, Humagne, Altesse, Mondeuse, and Trousseau Gris).

• 📝Bartender Notes: “ Early into my wine journey I used to only want to drink mineral-driven, light, zippy whites. However my palette now craves slightly fuller-bodied, savory whites with lots of character. With that, Jura has become a favorite region! A blend of Gamay Blanc, Poulsard, Trousseau, Sauvagnin, and 13 other old grape varieties, this wine is exactly what I love about the region. His focus is on saving the indigenous grapes of the islands and really showcasing what they can do. This Marmajuelo is a perfect example - a medium bodied white wine with beautiful acidity and tropical, peachy and salty notes on the palate. Super volcanic soil…it’s great.
