OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT.
On the morning of April 21, 2024, the personal account for X formerly Twitter, belonging to Oliver B. Mitchell III, Founder of Urban Ground Resort, LLC, owner of Urban Ground Resort & Residence to include Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, to include the Company’s and properties we may manage, own, and operate were permanently suspended by X formerly Twitter without prior notice for what we deem to be further and ongoing whistleblower retaliation.
It is our opinion that these continued attacks are the efforts not of a singular nature meaning by one individual, one group, one side, one Country, or one government, but rather by a collective of individuals, groups, countries, governments, and organizations and we deem this continued behavior to be in violation of both domestic and international policy and law.
The personal X account belonging to Mr. Mitchell contained well over 89,000 tweets and well over 16,000 images and videos both personally, professionally, and business related that were removed from the public domain without Mr. Mitchell's permission in violation of all known and unknown unfair competition, unjust enrichment, and domestic and international copyright laws.
