This will be my next event Super Billiard Expo in Philadelphia from April 9-12. There will be plenty of pool and suppliers to see the next up and coming items.

64 players in the Junior Tournament filled with talent.

I missed out on entering more events as they were all full. I was lucky to get into this one as I missed last year.

It’s been a while since I have been able to go to a tournament at home in Winnipeg at Crazy 8 Billiards & Lounge

I played in a 10 ball A side/9 ball B side on Sunday and finished 2nd out of 30 people. Won my first round a lost my second round to Carey Hafner which sent me to th B side. Fought my way back playing many rounds to meet up with (Henry) Henderson Salcedo. He wanted to split the pot but I am always in to play a better players than me.

Not so lucky for me as he beat me 9-0 in the race. Always learning and working hard. He played lots of safeties and played them well!

2025 inaugural Hanna Cup Global Boot Camp in Lorton Virginia.

I had the honor of attending the first Hanna Cup Boot Camp featuring Jeremy Jones as the coach. This was a 2 day event with instruction and real time practice. I learned so much that I will put to use in my future games.

Each session was around 3 hours with 3 groups. I listened in on each other the other groups and continued to practice the drills all over again. Practice is great but perseverance takes you to the next level.

We had 17 juniors in the boot camp for these 2 days with a 64 player tournament at BAK room Billiards This was a private club with about 14 - 9 foot Rasson tables. This club had well maintained table which was great to play on.

My dad learned from my lessons also.

Played in the 2nd annual GORDO BLACK TOURNAMENT at this weekend. Finished in the 9-12th position in a group of 82 players. There was a High/low bracket with 8 players coming out of each bracket finishing on the a-side. In the final 16 there was new birth for everyone with a random draw. Low side 4-1, 4-0, 4-2, and a tough match nail biter against Bruce Stewart 4-3.

5-2 Tracey Bernhart win
1-5 Jamie Bartlett loss
0-7 Larry Hunter loss. Defintely someone to learn from.

First snooker tournament. Lost my first match in a one and done to -arriagada. Great learning experience and I am looking forward to my next snooker tournament. This is a game to real refine your skills.

Trying my luck at snooker. Tough game on the 12’ tables Street Billiards. I had a few shots but I did a lot of watching Martel. There is a reason he is a champ! I have about 10 games played. I am excited to try this new game in competition.

I will be playing my first snooker tournament this Saturday Bourbon Street Billiards. I will be using the rack a lot! Wish me luck!!

Update from the Florida open. I am in the top 16 tomorrow single knockout. I came from behind 6-3 in my last match and ended up winning 7-6!! So excited for the next round. There’s some fierce competition here and I’m happy to be getting such incredible experience!
