ATTENTION PASSPORT HOLDERS:

At 7:30pm tonight we pull up anchor for the last time in New York City and set sail for our next port of call: St. George's, Bermuda.

That means this is LAST CALL for the Enzoni and your final few hours to get your NYC passport stamp before we head out of town. (And, conveniently, before the Knicks parade turns the town into absolute chaos.)

It's been a fun stop. The Enzoni has been one of the surprise hits of the summer so far, proving once again that gin, Campari, grapes and a little bit of magic can get the job done.

So if you've been putting it off, consider this your boarding announcement. Drop in tonight, grab an Enzoni, get that passport stamped, and join us as we prepare to trade skyscrapers for pink sand beaches and Atlantic breezes.

Rainy summer Sunday at Speak of the Devil.

The patio may be taking a little weather break, but the bar is warm, the tunes are chill, the drinks are dope, and we're all on unofficial Baby Watch with Jack, Hiatt and the extended SOTD family.

So come grab a stool, settle in for a couple hours, and let the rain water the lawn while you do your thing here.

Tomorrow night, we're excited to welcome The Eli Leder Group to Speak of the Devil for the first time!

Featuring Bobby Bellairs on saxophone, Liam Melnick on piano, and anchored by Eli Leder on bass, this is just another combo showing the breadth of jazz talent currently on the Cleveland and greater Northeast Ohio scene!

A Cleveland-based bassist, bandleader, composer, and educator, Eli has become one of the most respected young voices in Northeast Ohio jazz. His groups blend straight-ahead jazz traditions with modern influences, thoughtful arrangements, and plenty of room for improvisation. Whether interpreting standards or exploring original material, Eli's ensembles are known for their musical conversation, subtle interplay, and adventurous spirit.

In other words: if you like jazz that swings, surprises, and occasionally makes you forget you're sitting in a cocktail bar, this one's for you.

Doors open at 5pm. Music starts at 7:30pm. Grab a cocktail, settle in, and spend your Saturday night with some seriously talented cool cats!

Tonight, the best book club in the land gathers once again.

Books & Brews is diving into Richard Yates' Revolutionary Road, a novel so sharp, so honest, and so quietly devastating that it's earned a permanent place among the great American novels.

Published in 1961, Revolutionary Road follows Frank and April Wheeler as they chase the American Dream from their picture-perfect suburban home, only to discover that the life they've built may not be the life they actually want. It's funny, heartbreaking, uncomfortable, and astonishingly well written.

If you've read it, you already know. If you haven't, well...Richard Yates doesn't pull many punches.

And while Richard Yates would've probably hated social media, he'd almost certainly appreciate a room full of people arguing about his book over cocktails.
