YES we do think eggs are THIS exciting!!! You can add a marinated jammy egg to any dish .noodles for an extra hit of protein that brings a savory, velvety texture to your meal. 😋

We have our exact Ajitama Egg method and marinade recipe in the book we wrote about elevating your at home instant ramen, available on our website or in person at The Galley.

Always curious to know if folks eat the egg right away or go straight for the noodles, save the egg for the end of the ramen bowl, disperse bites of egg throughout, savor the flavor….what do you do?! No wrong answers - just curious! 🧐😆

Dinner menu cover winner is Alayna Winter with a sweet depiction of Setsunai at The Galley!! 🤩⛵️

We decided on TWO winners for the Kids menu to make a double-sided coloring page:

Trevor Alexander with a new version of the Galley octopus, and Sophie Citro with a more challenging coloring project, native pollinators of Lopez!

Honorable mentions go to Jessie K who created an original block stamp (!!), and Peter Z with a hungry noodle slurpin’ crab. 🦀

Homegrown Lopezian chef and fellow pasta extraordinaire will be in the kitchen taking over our menu for Christmas Eve dinner. A la carte ordering and modified dishes with that Arlen flair. 🥰🪄 Josh & Arlen bring the energy when collaborating in the kitchen and are excited to feed you all! First come, first served as usual.

No lunch service that day, but we’d love to see you for a cozy Christmas Eve dinner at The Galley with our special guest at the helm! ⚓️
