This Mexican delicacy is often called the “truffle of corn” thanks to its rich, earthy flavor. We’re serving it the traditional way: tucked inside a blue corn quesadilla with grilled corn, roasted poblanos, onions, cheese, and tomatillo salsa.

It’s packed to the brim, deeply flavorful, and it might just become your new favorite thing on the menu.

Three new starters - Grilled street corn, Ahi Aguachile + Huitlacoche - all full of flavor and ready for you to try starting tonight!

PS - We’re also reintroducing a CLASSIC ... Blueberry Reposado is BACK on the menu!! We’ve also crafted up a new cocktail called the Tucan 🌴 It’s fruity, a little smokey and a fantastic addition to any of our new menu items.
