We are featuring a curated progression from light to bold, in an effort to showcase just how complex wine can be 👉 starting with a delicate Willamette Valley Pinot Noir layered with subtle complexity. We ease into the vibrant Tablas Creek GSM — fruity, earthy, and just the right touch of spice.

Then we deepen things with the structured Benegas Malbec, bold with a serious backbone — before finishing on the endlessly drinkable Can Blau red blend, rich yet never overpowering.
