Dear Ficklewood Family and Community,

We hope this message finds you well. After much reflection and consideration, we have decided to close Ficklewood Ciderworks. This journey began as a passion project fueled by our love for great cider and our desire to explore small business ownership. Over the past few years, we have experienced incredible highs, from developing our product to transforming a historic space in Downtown Long Beach.

The support from our community has been overwhelming. Your enthusiasm and encouragement during our initial opening were heartening, and we are deeply grateful. Unfortunately, the unprecedented challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted our business, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to achieve the sustainability needed to continue.

We are proud of what we have accomplished and the experiences we have shared. From collaborating with city planners, architects, and local leaders to supporting community events and causes, our journey has been rich and rewarding. We have cherished every moment spent serving our customers and contributing to the vibrant East Village Downtown community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us, including our incredible employees, our supportive families, and our loyal customers. Your kindness and commitment have meant the world to us.

Thank you for being a part of our journey and for all you do to support small businesses.

Round-robin style play with points awarded each night, leading up to the championship round on the fourth Monday of the month. Don’t forget – you must play one league night to qualify for the championship! Plus, enjoy Long Pours for round-robin winners and a Gift Card for the ultimate champion! 🏅🎉

- For ages 21+: $45, includes entry and also your choice of 2 heavenly full pours or a flight of Ciders.
- For ages under 21: $25, includes entry and choice of 1 non-alcoholic drink.
