We’re looking for a dependable Dishwasher and a motivated Line Cook to join our team in Long Beach.

This is a teaching kitchen that cares deeply about good food, hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism. We’re building something special here, and we’re looking for people who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.

Kitchen experience is preferred for line cooks, but attitude and work ethic matter just as much. Dishwashers are a huge part of keeping service running smoothly, and we’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and ready to work hard alongside a strong team.

Competitive pay based on experience. Nights and weekends required.
