As we’re about to grow and add to our community, how bout ya’ll hear from a few of our long time regulars on how they feel about Ambitious!

Building a hub for the community was always a goal of ours from the beginning. We wanted to bring people together and have a welcoming space for everyone. We’re so grateful for these regulars to take time to chat with us (on camera! 😳) and tell us what our friendly neighborhood brewery means to them.

We’re zooming through our soft openings in Costa Mesa, we’ll be open today through Friday from 4-10pm in build up to our Grand Opening this weekend!

Costa Mesa Grand Opening on October 24th and 25th. Saturday 11-11p with food from SmokED and Salted Barbeque and Sunday 11-9p with food from hamburgersnice.

We’re celebrating the Sandman on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31ST with a full day of movies, b**r, games, and absurdity. Whether you’re a fan of Happy Gilmore, The Waterboy, or Sandy Wexler, we’re going deep into the Sandler catalog with themed b**rs, games, contests, and chaos. A day dedicated to all things goofy, nostalgic, and wonderfully weird, just like the man himself.

We got our start years ago by discovering craft b**r at the Oregon Brewers festival. That inspired us to start home brewing and really kicked everything off for us.

Now we’re opening up our second location, in Costa Mesa on October 24th and 25th. Hope to see you there!

Hot Cheese Soup - German Style Pilsner. 5.0% ABV.

MMMMM! It’s not actually soup! Or Hot! It won’t burn you if it’s spilled through the air and lands on your head! It’s a delightful German Pils, inspired by the largest of Oktoberfest gatherings. Make some space because this festive crispy crusher is coming through.

Hot Cheese Soup (the b**r) has a nice floral nose with bready/cracker undertones that follows through with a firm earthy bitterness and a clean crispy finish!

We visualized all the people who have been mean to us and used them as fuel to brew up this new West Coast IPA with our friends at Bottle Logic Brewing • Brewery + Tap Room ⁣!

We Visualized and ATTACKED that brew deck! Visualized and ATTACKED that grain out! Visualized and ATTACKED that photogenic hop addition!

Mama says alligators are so ornery because they aren’t drinking an IPA that explodes with over ripe stone fruit like this! Mama says Tacklin’ Fuel has a very strong peach and melon character. Mama also says she invented the West Coast IPA and loves the prominent dankness we got out of this one!
