Ambitious Ales is heading to Costa Mesa and we’re looking for some professional human beings to help us kick this off right!
Currently hiring for:
Costa Mesa Taproom Manager (full-time)
Costa Mesa Taproom Servers (part-time)
No brewing experience required. Just enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a passion and knowledge of the craft b**r industry!
Requirements for Costa Mesa Taproom Manager:
* The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of restaurant/bar management experience
* Be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
* Passion for craft b**r and a solid understanding of the brewing industry and its target audience
Requirements for Costa Mesa Taproom Servers:
* 2+ years of experience in restaurants/bars/breweries/customer service.
* Energetic team player.
* Organization savvy and cleanliness oriented.
* Passion for craft b**r and passion for customer service.
* Able to lift, push or pull 30-50 lbs.
* Availability to work day shifts and night shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
* Adapt and work in a fast paced environment.
* Able to work in an environment that may be loud, humid, cold or hot.
