Peninsula Golf Course We’re your laid-back escape golf course—dog-friendly, scenic, and always welcoming. Golf, disc golf, golf simulator all year long on the Long Beach Peninsula.

From tee times to tournaments, solo swings to community events, there’s room for everyone here. Peninsula Golf Course is a fun and interesting course set on 55 beautiful, pristine acres just north of downtown Long Beach, WA. We have a variety of tees that make 9 or 18 holes as challenging as you like.

We weren’t able to show Charade last Friday, and we didn’t want to miss this one! Audrey Hepburn + Cary Grant under the stars — a little mystery, romance and comedy for our Friday Classic Night.

The screen is up, the equipment is tested, and we’re ready for our very first Movies on the Green at Peninsula Golf Course!

And we’re kicking things off with a FREE movie this weekend!

Bring your blankets and low-back camp chairs and find a spot on the grass — or make it a true golf-course drive-in and rent a golf cart to watch from! ⛳

❤️ THIS is what community looks like.

Our first Pack 2 School Golf Tournament raised $2,300 to support local kids!

A huge thank you to Box K Auto Repair, Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals, Oman & Sons, and every golfer who came out and helped make this happen. And a special thank you to Fred Meyer for helping our dollars go even further with a discount on our shopping for the kids!

And look at what the incredible Pack 2 School team accomplished this year:

🎒 344 kids received school supply bags
✂️ 68 kids received haircuts
👕 150 kids received clothing!

That last number means a lot to us. When we started this project, we learned that clothing and shoes had become one of the biggest gaps in the Pack 2 School program. Our community showed up to help fill it.

To the Pack 2 School team, our sponsors, our golfers, everyone who donated, and everyone who helped along the way — THANK YOU.

Most of all, here’s to our kids. ❤️

This is exactly why we do things like this.

⛳❤️ THIS SATURDAY — LET’S SHOW UP FOR OUR LOCAL KIDS!

The Pack 2 School Golf Classic is happening this Saturday, August 15th at Peninsula Golf Course, and we could still use your help!

🏌️ Golfers — we have room for you! Grab some friends and come play. It’s a 2-person scramble, and you don’t need to be a great golfer to have a great time.

❤️ Want to support but don’t golf? You can still make a difference!

We’re still welcoming:
🎁 Raffle & auction prizes
👕 New or gently used children’s clothing
👟 New shoes
🎒 School supplies
💵 Donations of any amount

No contribution is too small, and every bit is appreciated.

This whole event has one purpose: helping local children head back to school with the clothing, shoes and supplies they need—and the confidence that comes with them.

Our goal is to help 400 local kids, and we’d love to have our community behind us this Saturday.

💚 Join us as we celebrate the life of our friend, Leon. 💚

Some people aren’t just golfers—they become part of the course.

If you spent time at Peninsula Golf Course, chances are you knew Leon. You knew his smile, his love of golf, and the golf cart with the St. Patrick’s Day wreath proudly displayed on the front. It became a familiar sight around the course—and something that was unmistakably Leon.

With the blessing and support of his wife, Pat, we invite our golf family, Leon’s friends, and our community to join us for:

DRIVE ONE FOR LEON
A Celebration of Life
📅 Saturday, August 22

This day is about more than golf. It’s about friendship, community, laughter, stories, and coming together to celebrate a man who meant so much to so many of us.

☕ 9:30 AM – Golfer Coffee | BYO Cup
Bring your favorite coffee mug in honor of Leon. Every morning, Leon came into the clubhouse carrying his own cup—and if we tried charging him that $1 for coffee, he’d definitely give us a hard time about it! We can’t think of a better way to start the morning than sharing a cup of coffee the Leon way.

⛳ 10:00 AM – 9-Hole Memorial Golf Outing

🍽️ 12:00 PM – Buffet Lunch
We’ll gather on the patio and lawn for lunch. You do not have to golf to join us for lunch and the Celebration of Life.

❤️ 12:30 PM – Celebrating Leon
This is the heart of the day. We’ll gather together to share stories, memories, laughter, and kind words about Leon. If you have a Leon story, we hope you’ll come ready to share it.

COST
⛳ Golf, Lunch & Celebration – $25 per person
🍽️ Lunch & Celebration Only – $15 per person

Registration fees will help cover the cost of the lunch and gathering, with all proceeds beyond those expenses going directly to Pat.

For anyone who would like to do a little more, additional donations for Pat are also warmly welcomed.

Most importantly, everyone is welcome. Whether you golfed with Leon, shared coffee with him, called him a friend, or simply knew him from around the course, we’d love to have you with us.

Due to today’s weather, we’ve made the decision to postpone the Pack 2 School Golf Classic.

📅 New Date: Saturday, August 15

All registrations and sponsorships will automatically transfer to the new date.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work together to help local children start the school year with the clothing, shoes, backpacks, and school supplies they need.

A heartfelt thank you to the local businesses and community members who have already donated to support the Pack 2 School Golf Classic this Saturday. Your generosity is helping us create an exciting raffle and auction while supporting an incredible cause.

So far, we’ve received some fantastic prizes, including:

Every donation helps us raise more money to ensure local children have the clothing, shoes, backpacks, and school supplies they need to start the school year with confidence.
