WE ARE HIRING:
Front of House (Servers/Hosts/Bartenders): Must be able to smile when customers say "I ordered the fries, not the salad" and have an appreciation for skillful sarcasm.
Back of House (Cooks/Dishes): Must possess the ability to turn chaos into edible art and not be afraid of fire, sharp objects, or singing loud in the dish pit.

**THE MUST-HAVES** Nights and Weekends are NOT OPTIONAL. If you have a band gig, a gallery opening, or "need to see Europe," this isn't the spot for you.
Must be able to work with a team that has already bonded over shared trauma.18+ kitchen/diner 21+ for bartending
