🥩 A Difficult Announcement from the Jack's Steak House Family 💔
Friends, this is a moment filled with mixed emotions, and it comes with a deep sense of honesty and appreciation for our community.
We have made the difficult, but necessary, decision to temporarily close the doors of Jack's Steak House for the Winter season 2025-2026, effective immediately.
For 25 years and across multiple generations of our family, we have proudly run Jack's Steak House. However, our ability to maintain the necessary focus and energy required to run the business has recently been severely strained.
Truthfully, our family has been navigating some profoundly challenging personal chapters—facing serious health battles and unexpected losses that have touched us deeply. We are stepping back now because our family, our foundation, needs our full, undivided attention to heal, regroup, and come together.
This pause is also a difficult necessity due to challenging operational factors behind the scenes. We refuse to serve you anything less than the quality you expect and deserve, and right now, we can't consistently meet that standard.
To every single person who has shared a meal, celebrated a milestone, or just stopped in: Thank you. Your loyalty and support is what has sustained us for so long. We cherish every memory made here.
We ask for your patience, your understanding, and your support as we navigate this challenging period. We are stepping away now to focus on what matters most, and we will keep you updated if and when we have definitive news about the future of Jack's.
