Knocked off some of the 3 year rust, but not all of it. Got a 3rd place ribs(actually tied for 2nd place, lost the tiebreaker & was only .5 pts from 1st place🤦‍♂️) and ended up 12th overall out of 29 teams at the Lodi BBQ & Beer Fest

1st time trying to make a comp rib on the . Put em on at 4 pm, took em off at 630 pm. Definitely not what I would put in a comp box, but messed with the rub, sauce, temp, and cook time. These things just purrrrrrrr with some lump and the vents barely cracked. The taste and tenderness were definitely spot on. Just to work on the appearance now!!
