We're excited to kick off another season of our Outdoor Music Series featuring some of Western New York's favorite performers all month long! It looks like the weather will FINALY cooperate this week too!

Chef Darian has mentored members of our team, shared his talent and heart with us through our National Bourbon Day dinners at Lock 34 Bar & Grill and 80 Main Banquet & Catering, but more than that — he represents something so important in this industry. He is proof that hospitality, culinary arts, and service are not “less than.” They are powerful. They change lives. They create connection. They inspire people.

His story is one of resilience, passion, humility, and hope — and somehow, despite all of his success, he remains one of the kindest and most genuine people you could ever meet.

We are beyond proud to call him our friend, and equally grateful for the incredible support and love from his beautiful wife Jessica along the way.

The future is so bright for you both, and we cannot wait to watch what comes next.
