PEGGY HORTON MEMORIAL.... JUNE 10th... ULTIMATE BURGER, PEPPER POPPER AND SUMMER COCKTAIL CHALLENGE!!!! Judged on presentation, taste, and game play..(watch too much Food Channel)..

Need to make at least 2 burgers and 3 peppers... for presentation and taste.. The burger will be cut in 4s and pepper in 2s for judging taste... Presentation needs to be a whole setup of all 3..... game play is just what it means.. styrofoam containers will be given to you for taste.... presentation will be displayed in bar at certain table.. if you have any questions please ask!!!

If you want to make extra burgers to sell that would be great!!!
