As many of you have probably heard by now, the time has come for our family to say goodbye to R-Place Music Club as owners and begin a new chapter in our lives. 💙
After nearly 15 incredible years, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude, love, and so many unforgettable memories. What started as a dream became so much more than a business , it became a family, a home for live music, laughter, friendship, dancing, celebrations, and community.
Most importantly, this is a very special moment for Jan Brown, owner of R-Place Music Club, as it is finally time for her to enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Jan has dedicated so much of her heart, time, love, and energy into R-Place over the years, and we could not be more proud of everything she created here. Watching this place grow into such a loved part of the local music community has been an incredible journey for our entire family.
To every single patron who walked through our doors, supported our bands, shared a drink, danced the night away, played pool, celebrated milestones with us, or simply made R-Place part of your life… THANK YOU. You helped create the spirit and legacy of this place. We could never put into words how much your support has meant to our family over the years.
To our amazing staff, past and present, thank you for your hard work, loyalty, dedication, and friendship. You were the heartbeat behind the scenes and helped make R-Place what it is today.
To all of our incredible bands and the local music community, thank you for filling our club with energy, talent, and unforgettable nights of music. Watching so many talented musicians perform on our stage throughout the years has truly been an honor. The friendships and memories we’ve made with all of you will stay with us forever.
This is definitely bittersweet for us. While we are stepping away from the business, we are not retiring from life, Rodney, Tina and Ryan still have day jobs! It is time for someone else to continue the journey of R-Place Music Club and enjoy what has been built here over the years.
We are excited for you all to meet the new owner, Fezvi. He is a genuinely kind person who cares deeply about continuing the legacy of R-Place Music Club, and we couldn’t be more grateful for that. We know you’ll be seeing him around and welcoming him into this amazing community.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for nearly 15 years of memories, music, laughter, love, and support. There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are.
Please come join us this Saturday, May 23rd from 4 PM – 1:30 AM as our incredible music community sends us off “R-Place style” with 6 amazing bands, great friends, and one unforgettable night. 🎶❤️
