As of March 17, 2012, the employees are still owed a final paycheck and damages, fines and penalties owed to them allowed by Colorado State Law (Title 8, Article 4 of Colorado Revised Statutes 8-4-109, C.R.S.) and (Title 8, Article 10 of Colorado Revised Statutes, C.R.S.).
Therefore, on this 17 day of March, 2012 Let It Be Known from this moment forth that this space formerly know as S and D Corporation (ID Number 20091177297) dba Pockets Bar and Grill (ID Number 20101241721) which is located at 5935 South Zang Street Unit 1A and 1B, Littleton, CO 80123 shall be curse to remain vacant due to the negative energy. Which did The Owners Chris Post and Steve Post (Ralph Steven Post) create. All those who enter the building shall feel this negative energy causing concern to occupy the space.
