Let them drink cocktails 👑🥂

Introducing THE MARIE ANTOINETTE, this week’s Drink of the Week!

A royal combination of Brandon’s Gin, Pomegranate Liqueur, Rock Town Elderflower Liqueur, lemon, and a little sweetness, finished with sparkling w**e, an Herbsaint rinse, and a dried rose.

Pretty in pink, fit for a queen, and only $7 during Happy Hour.

It’s a cocktail worth losing your head over. (Figuratively, of course.)

Stop by during Happy Hour (3-6 PM, Tuesday-Sunday) to enjoy it for $7, or swing by anytime throughout the week and give this a try at regular menu price.

0.75 oz Brandon’s Gin
0.75 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
0.75 oz Rock Town Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Top Sparkling W**e
Rinse Herbsaint

Pour all ingredients except sparkling w**e and Herbsaint into a shaker tin over ice and shake. Rinse a chilled coupe glass with Herbsaint and strain contents of shaker tin into that glass. Top with sparkling w**e and garnish with a dried rose.

Sixteen years ago, Phil Brandon had an idea.

It required leaving a comfortable career, betting on himself and attempting something that hadn't been done legally in Arkansas since Prohibition.

Which, in hindsight, sounds a little crazy.

Good thing he did it anyway.

One dream. A lot of hard work. A LOT of patience. And sixteen years of making wh***ey right here in Little Rock.

Next weekend, we're celebrating the man who started it, the people who helped build it and every pour that's come out of this place since 2010.

Here's to 16 years of Rock Town 🥃

And here's to whatever Phil decides we should try next.

From an MBA to making Arkansas history 🥃

Last week, our Founder & Head Distiller, Phil Brandon, was honored by the UA Little Rock School of Business as its 2026 Distinguished Alumnus.

Long before there was a Rock Town Distillery, Phil earned his MBA from UA Little Rock and built a career in technical sales, experiences that would eventually help give him the tools, and perhaps the nerve, to leave the corporate world and pursue an idea that hadn’t been attempted in Arkansas in generations.

In 2010, that idea became Rock Town Distillery, Arkansas’ first legal distillery since Prohibition.

It was especially meaningful to hear from Phil’s wife and Rock Town investor Nick Pierce about that journey, and then watch Phil take the stage to accept the honor himself.

Sixteen years later, we’re incredibly proud to see where one big idea has taken him.

Congratulations, Phil. This one’s well deserved👏🥃

Rock Town Vanilla Vodka + Ginger Liqueur meet strawberry, lime and Velvet Falernum with a dusting of cardamom on top.

It’s fruity without being too sweet, spiced without screaming FALL! and dangerously easy to make disappear.

AND EVERYTHING NICE
2.0 oz Rock Town Vanilla Vodka
0.75 oz Rock Town Ginger Liqueur
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Strawberry Syrup
0.25 oz Velvet Falernum
Sprinkle Ground Cardamom

Pour all ingredients except ground cardamom into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with 2 sprinkles of ground cardamom.
