We have GREAT news to share! Our restaurant will be reopening in the next few days for regular operations. Starting on Saturday (01/12/19) from 11am to 4pm, guests who purchased a New Years Eve Party ticket (regardless of payment method) can bring in their numbered ticket and redeem it for a full cash refund. In addition to the cash refund, customers will receive a $25 loyalty coupon. We greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to work through these very difficult business issues and appreciate your support.

Also... We're just waiting on one last critical item before we can officially re-open the doors and that is our point of sale (POS) system. Our vendor is on site working as quickly as possible to get that up and running and then we'll be posting here to come on in! One way or another though CASH refunds will be available on SAT as mentioned above regardless of the status of our POS.

Further... We screwed up. We know it. We're owning it. We're trying to fix it. Please stop with the rumors, speculation and badgering among one another. Everyone has had an opportunity over the last 10 days to express their frustration, anger and disappointment but now it's turned into rumors, lies, badgering of customers and of staff. It ends now. Going forward we will be banning anyone from the page who continues this unnecessary behavior. We want to have a nice place people can go to and enjoy themselves with their friends and have a good time. Badgering of other customers and our staff on here is just unacceptable. We won't tolerate it at our bar & restaurant and likewise not here either. Thank you.

Our social media team will be posting on here as soon as we hear from management that they have the green light to reopen. I can tell you that the number one priority is to reopen for our customers and to process refunds for those effected by the NYE Party cancellation. Once again I will repeat there have been no code violations but an issue with licensing that is being worked out with governing bodies with jurisdiction over our location. This is the only information we have at this time. We ask that everyone please avoid the speculation and rumors which has only led to a lot of unnecessary negativity between customers. While we understand that there are a lot of upset customers who want their refund and gift card, negative comments to each other does not have any benefit to meeting that goal. Thank you for your continued patience and we hope to see you all soon!

We’re very sorry for the unfortunately last minute cancellation of our New Years Eve Party. Our staff and management were very much looking forward to celebrating the New Year with you and put a lot of time and effort into decorating and planning entertainment for the party and we are disappointed that we could not all celebrate together. We know many of you are extremely upset (and rightfully so) and that your trust and our reputation has been significantly damaged. It is our New Year’s resolution to work hard to repair both.

While we can’t go into all the details at this time we do want to try to address some of your concerns and let you know how we’re trying to remedy the situation.

There have been a lot of rumors being spread about why we had to cancel including possible code violations (building, health, etc.) which is FALSE. Unfortunately (as some have speculated in on our page) there was a technical issue with licensing that prevented us from holding our event and resuming normal operations this week. We are working diligently to resolve the matter and reopen as quickly as possible. While it is not guaranteed, our goal is to reopen on Friday 1/4/19.

Upon reopening we will work with each and every guests who pre-purchased their NYE Party tickets and fully refund their purchase as well as present a $25 gift certificate. While we understand this may not make everyone completely “whole” it is our hope that you will use it to come back and “Meet -m̶e̶- us at Mullen’s.”

We sincerely apologize but due to technical difficulties beyond our control, we are unable to open for this evening’s scheduled New Years Eve Party. Guests who purchased their tickets in advance will be given a full refund and a gift certificate for their inconvenience.
