The best happy hour appetizer in Lincoln right now? We'd argue it's the Cold Smoke Salmon at Lazlo's. 🐟

Cold Smoked Salmon appetizer features hickory-smoked salmon filet served chilled with cucumber slices and scratch-made herb cream cheese. Served with Lazlo's signature lahvosh chips.

The summer drink menu just dropped at Lazlo's. 🍹 Here's everything that's new this season in Lincoln and Omaha.

COCKTAILS

Spicy Cucumber Cooler — Prairie Organic Cucumber vodka, fresh lemon and lime juices, lemonade, mint simple syrup and jalapeños, with a cucumber and salted chili rim.

Chicka Cherry Cola — Luxardo Maraschino, Amaro Nonino, Malbec red wine, topped with Pepsi Cola and garnished with a cherry.

Rusty Bourbon Sour Martini — K**b Creek bourbon, Drambuie, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters, garnished with a lemon twist.

BREWTAILS ( Empyrean Brewing Co meets hard liquor)

Midnight Cypher — Olmeca Altos reposado tequila, crème de cassis, lime juice, simple syrup and Golden Cypher Hazy IPA, garnished with a lime.

Brew Moon Punch — Malibu coconut rum, Cranberry Tattersall, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger ale and Chaco Canyon Gold, with an orange slice.

Burning Skye Old Fashioned — Old Overholt Rye whiskey, Angostura bitters, simple syrup and Burning Skye Scottish Ale, with an orange slice.

MOCKTAIL

Peach Pit — peach purée, orange juice, lemon juice, mint simple syrup, pomegranate balsamic reduction, topped with soda and a lemon wheel.

It's gonna be Gouda week 🧀Limited time specials just dropped!

Lunch: BBQ Chicken Apple Wrap — hickory-grilled BBQ chicken with smoked gouda, fresh apple slices, red onion, shredded lettuce, bacon and jalapeños, wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

Dinner: Creole Chicken & Shrimp — blackened chicken breast and grilled shrimp on a bed of white rice with a Cajun cream sauce, garnished with green onions.

Available for dine-in or takeout June 9–15.

Your guide to the new summer menu at Lazlo's Brewery & Grill in Lincoln and Omaha. 🍋☀️

If you haven't been in since the season changed, here's everything that just landed on the menu:

1. Lemon Herb Arugula Salad: Avert Vertical Cultivations arugula, hickory-grilled chicken, roasted zucchini, julienne red onion, walnuts and feta tossed in a lemon herb vinaigrette. Very summery and refreshing 🥗

2. Jalapeño Popper Sliders: three hickory-grilled beef patties topped with a French onion jalapeño bacon cream cheese spread and sautéed onions. Don't let the promise of heat scare you off 🌶️

3. Brewtails are back! The love child of Empyrean Brewing Co craft beers and cocktails. Resulting in three new summer drinks.

4. Key Lime Pie has returned for the summer season!

5. Some fresh cocktails, mocktails and an updated wine list now available.
