🚨 ATTENTION — PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST 🚨
We want to take a moment to update everyone regarding the Labor Day Giveaway that took place at Good Time Charlie’s this past Saturday.
First and foremost, Good Time Charlie’s Bar & Grill was NOT a part of or involved in the giveaway. We simply allowed a friend to use our restaurant to host the event and, whenever we are able, we are always happy to help members of our community by allowing events, fundraisers, giveaways, and other activities to take place at our location free of charge.
Unfortunately, the amount raised through ticket sales for the giveaway was much lower than expected, and the reserve/funds needed to complete the giveaway were not met. Because of that, the giveaway could not be completed as originally planned. While we are disappointed that the event did not turn out the way our friend had hoped, we completely understand the situation.
We have spoken with the gentleman who organized the giveaway, and refunds are being issued this week.
💰 If you purchased your ticket ONLINE:
Your ticket purchase will be refunded this week.
💰 If you purchased your ticket AT GOOD TIME CHARLIE’S:
You can come by Good Time Charlie’s after 2:00 PM to pick up your refund.
We truly appreciate everyone who purchased tickets and made an effort to support this event. ❤️ We know many people were excited about the giveaway, and we are sorry that it was unable to move forward.
We also want to sincerely thank everyone who came out and participated. Good Time Charlie’s will always do our best to support our community and help others whenever we can. We are thankful to have a place where we can welcome people and provide our location for events when possible.
