This Friday we've got a triple b**r release!! Also, tonight is the first day of Operation Warm Thursdays. A dollar from every pint will be donated to support this great cause which will provide new winter coats to children in need.

ATTENTION!!

We are proud to announce our partnership with the Lincoln Fire Fighters Association for the First Annual Operation Warm Thursdays. During the month of September for every pint poured on Thursday, we will donate $1 to Operation Warm. Operation Warm is a charity that strives to give new winter coats to children in need.

Our donations will be matched in part by Chad Christensen of Farm Bureau Financial Services, Stephen Brown of Wood Bros Reality, and Dan Duncan of Golden Hour Education. TRIPLE CITRA SOAKER // 10% ABV Triple Hazy IPA // We took our classic Citra Soaker base recipe and made it EXTRA.

PRAIRIE OASIS // 5% ABV Wheat B**r // American wheat b**r with passion fruit. One of our first b**r releases that we made for the grand opening 5 years ago!

WINDSURFING ON THE THAMES (CASK) // 5.3% ABV English Pale Ale// A fresh cask will be tapped at both taprooms on Saturday!

UNWARRANTED CONFIDENCE // 12% ABV BARREL-AGED STOUT // This big thick stout was brewed in collaboration with Jason McLaughlin and Quincy Wiens a few years back and has been tucked away inside a Weller single barrel for more than 30 months. For this extra-special BA stout release, we wanted to present it in its unadulterated form, free from any adjuncts. When we brewed this b**r, we stressed our brewing system to the max, pushing more grain into our small mash tun than ever before. The plan was to execute 2 seperate mashes to fill one 5bbl fermenter. The first mash went as smooth as possible without issue. So smooth in fact that we enjoyed a couple of b**rs in the taproom to celebrate while we began the second mash. We were feeling very confident. When we returned to our second mash we discovered that no liquid was coming out. We tried for several hours to find a solution to this problem but nothing was working so we made the decision to empty the entire contents of the mash staight into a tub to be discarded. The grain came out so violently that it splashed up to the 15ft ceiling before overflowing the tub and going straight into the floor drains. This clogged the building's plumbing so bad that we were forced to close the taproom for a day to have it fixed. As you may have guessed, supply is limited. Available on tap and in bottles!

Join us next Saturday, August 1st for our 5 Year Anniversary Party! Both taprooms will open at 11am. We'll have a full lineup of new b**rs available to include a long-awaited barrel aged stout release. We'll also be selling anniversary shirts and custom glassware. At the OG we've got live music and ice cream stand. More info about new b**rs will come soon!

This Friday we'll be releasing a new IPA and a new hop water! Also, mark your calendars for Saturday, August 1st, as we will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary. To commemorate the milestone, we're bringing back our original 16oz hazy IPA glassware beginning this week!

JUICY RIFFS // 7% ABV Hazy IPA // This is the same base recipe as Juicy Mid Tones but fermented with a completely different strain of ale yeast. Slightly drier but with ample juice character that really complements the hop combo.

KRUSH HOP WATER // 0% ABV Hop Water // Refreshing hop water featuring Krush hops.

We've got a great lineup of new b**rs/seltzers to get you ready for the holiday weekend! TANGERINE TRAMPOLINE AND BAHAMA LLAMA ARE BACK!! Seltzers will be draft-only for a few days while we wait for a delivery of crowler cans. Both taprooms will be open 12-6 on Saturday. Also, a fresh cask of English Mild will be tapped Friday at the OG!

MOST COAST // 7% ABV West Coast IPA // Ultra-lean West Coast IPA loaded with Mosaic, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Columbus Cryo, and Krush Cryo.

SK8 JUICE // 6.8% ABV New Zealand IPA // West Coast IPA with Nelson, Mosaic Cryo, and Superdelic hops.

TANGERINE TRAMPOLINE // Fruited seltzer // Available Friday!
