🕺 Meet Aaron Dritz (Line Dancing with Aaron) - AKA the King of Line Dance 👑
Originally hailing from Upstate New York, nearby the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, Aaron began his dance journey in 2018 - looking for an outlet from a daunting, over decade-spanding career in the automotive industry. Quickly falling in love with dance, Aaron answered the call and started his own class in 2019 following graduating with his Masters In Business Administration (MBA), under a group nicknamed "Aaron's 'A' Team of Line Dancers" - stemming from a close group of friends who would always go out dancing together.
The most renowned & beloved class, held at a brewery in Schenectady NY, quickly grew to triple digit weekly attendance and is now a staple in Northeast Line Dancing - Frog Alley Brewing! Through the onset of a pandemic & having to pivot through various operations to keep dancing going, including operating several studio classes, "Aaron's 'A' Team of Line Dancers" grew to a bustling dance operation marked with operations across 150 miles between New York's Capital District, North Country & Southern Tier border. With the help of a recruited 10-person staff, Aaron successfully navigated not only teaching hundreds of dancers weekly - but touring across the country, beginning in 2021, hosting/co hosting, instructing and leading dancers across nearly 20 states through visiting guest teaches, workshops & seminars and more in addition to choreographing.
Now nationally renowned & recognized in Line Dance, Aaron closed operations of his founding dance company at the end of 2023 - with many of its operations moving to the help of 'Upstate Line Dancing,' operated by several now-former staff of Aaron's 'A' Team. Upon closure of Aaron's 'A' Team of Line Dancers, Aaron made his long-awaited, full time relocation to S.W. Ohio at the start of 2024 after being in the area, on a part time basis, for numerous years. Now operating as "Line Dancing with Aaron," a homegrown Appalachian rooted operation with less than a handful of awesome staff, Aaron now continues to bring a big/large scale impact into the world of Dance through operations & opportunities focused in Southern & Central Ohio.
💃 Meet Andrea Warren (Good Time Line Dancing ) AKA Your Hostess with the Mostess 🫶
Instructor & Owner of Good Time Line Dancing in Vermont, has been line dancing since 2010. She fell in love with the dance floor at Nashville’s ROC (FKA The Roost) while in college in Rochester, NY. She began teaching back home in Vermont in 2016 and has spent a decade sharing her passion with dancers of all levels.
Over the past four years, Good Time Line Dancing has grown from one venue to six, with three weekly locations and two instructors to boot, shout out to Instructor Jenna! Andrea is also a choreographer and line dancing competition judge, but her favorite part of the job is watching dancers gain confidence, click with a dance, and light up with joy. Vermont’s incredible dance community is what makes her so grateful to do what she loves every week, bringing the good times to the dance floor!
After her 2nd Round of Judging at the Finger Lakes Line Dance Competition , she finally took the leap of faith to launch & co-host the 1ST EVER, Inaugural Green Mountain Line Dance Competition! Her vision is to create an encouraging, educational & FUN event that brings dancers together from across VT, NY & beyond, fostering friendships, learning, and a thriving line dance community for years to come!
