Mario and his sister Ashley have been with the shelter for a very long time. They need what rescue and shelters refer to as a "unicorn adopter". They need that rare person who will accept two cats who will peacefully coexist in the home, but may never seek out attention. They may always prefer to watch their caretakers from a distance. And yet they are not feral. They are not wild cats and would not survive that life. They simply need someone with realistic expectations. Someone kind enough to accept them as they are.

These gentle cats are quiet by nature, but love to people watch, play with their toys and cuddle with each other as they nap. They would thrive in a serene home where they are allowed to stretch out in a window as they are warmed by the sun's rays. All they need is someone to take a chance on them. They will be a true rescue.

Mario and Ashley are neutered/spayed, vaccinated and FIV/FeLV tested.
