A Letter from Chef -

I want to start off with saying that Osteria I Nonni has been a home for me the over the last 10 plus years. I started here as a line cook, became the Sous Chef, & eventually the Executive Chef.

To my staff, you have all been my rock. The restaurant & I would have been lost countless times without you. Thank you for always being by my side. It has a been a privilege to watch a number of you I now consider family, grow your career & passion for this industry, just as I did.

To Bill, I will forever be in your debt. I can proudly say I am over two & half years sober, & that is because of you. Your help, allowed me to regain my love for this craft.

To our loyal customers, you have kept Osteria I Nonni going. Your reviews & comments from staff always made it back to me. It is because of you, that I love what I do. Thank you for all of your support & patronage over the years.

Linguine con Vongole, a favorite if there ever was one! With clams, garlic, peperoncino, & parsley all in our delicious white wine brodo… Delizioso! And you will find ours (available in 2 sizes) on this week’s Featured Menu; along with some other favorites, like our Osso Bucco, Mais, & Ragù di Cinghiale!
